Earth has been taken over by an alien race called Rathkari , they have totally destroyed the planet and either used women for breeding or to work in the fields. All the males have just disappeared. Era had pretended to not be of breeding age so she could work in the fields and not as a breeder.Then she was about to be taken to be destroyed by a overseer for not meeting her quota, when Commander Seale Karlo sees what is happening and intervenes he then takes Era back with him to his quarters, where he took care of her . Great book read it and find out what happens with Era and Marlo.

Loved loved this story. It has the perfect balance of story, play and action. Really enjoying how Ms. Renard has a huge repertoire of stories. If you enjoy sci-fi with some kink this one is for you. And K the hero is too die for.
