There is definitely one very HOT story here with a complex plot to keep you turning the pages until the end. The book starts off quickly and just never stops, I read it in one sitting! Lily is one tough cookie, at least what she portrays to others, but deep down she is longing for someone to take care of her for a change. She gets her wish, without actually wishing for it lol, with Gareth. What an alpha male he turns out to be and it is exactly what Lily doesn’t know she needs. I loved the twists and turns along the way! The whole thing makes for a wild ride! Don’t miss this one!

Loved this story of Gareth and Lily. Gareth is a cop who is put to take down a smuggling ring. Lily is the owner of the bar where all the illegal action takes place. Mix these two people together, toss in loads of disciplinary spankings, hot sex and a few plot twists that I beverages saw coming and you have this great book. Loki is in top form with her newest book. I really felt for Lily when she figures things out. Somewhere along the line this stops being “just another case” for Gareth and he falls for the girl. Do they get their HEA? Read it and find out.
