Breanna Hayse has done it once again! The Reformer spent the entire weekend, and still resides, on Amazon’s Top 100 Erotica lists! It’s getting great reviews everywhere it goes, and we at Stormy Nights are really proud of this spicy little book and its wonderful author. Congratulations, Breanna! Booklover1960 via Amazon: This was an excellent discipline story set in Victorian times. It revolves around a school which is run by a brutal headmistress and the young Russian girl who is a student there. The school is set up to “reform” the girls into good citizens. The Lords (father and son) who sponsor the school found out what has been happening (brutal beatings and starving of the girls) and take the young Russian girl and the headmistress to their homes to put them both through the “Reform program”. The programs takes the women back to young children and help them to learn that they are loved, to trust others and to believe in themselves. There are scenes with spankings, etc. however, this is how women were punished at the time. The writing is well done and I really enjoyed the story … it has an HEA ending which is always nice.
Celia via Amazon: Breanna strikes again! This time she explored the early 19th century, and you can tell this gal did her homework. Most writers seem to find this period difficult to communicate well and accurately, but not this lady. Not only was it historically correct, but she was able to weave her story around a very difficult time in history and made us fall in love.. And in hate… With certain personalities of the decade. If you are into Victorian/edwardian history, some amazingly hot sexapades, and sizzling hot spankings, then you will love this piece. I particularly adored Lady Brigit and all the sugar and spice that came with her as a switch. Incredible, Ms.Hayse! This one is truly worthy of a sequel!
Faith Via Blushing Books: Love, love, love this story! I’m not sure which characters I loved more – Aryanna and Lord Ryan or Gerard and Brigit (aka Mama and Papa). Then there is Eliza who not only learns forgiveness from her Papa, but teaches it to us too as we go from hating her to loving her. Amazing story! Once again BH works her magic by creating unique discipline relationships that are believable and captivating. I can’t wait to read more from her!
Dawn via Blushing Books: OK, it is official now—I love Breanna Hayse books! I liked her before, but she just keeps getting better! I really enjoyed the ageplay and in The Reformer you actually have two parts going on at the same time! Love it!
