Oh, I got two of my favorite things with this book! A crime drama with some spanking romance mixed in and I loved it! The story has a well defined plot and offers drama, danger, suspense, and romance. I read it in one sitting and enjoyed every minute of it. The characters are strong and very likeable and made for a great read! Well done!

Patricia Green’s foray into erotic mysteries brings so many 5 star elements, it’s difficult to know where to start.
First, she did a fabulous job with the very difficult First Person POV, then tapped into a bit of ‘television noir’ that was fun (as was some of the dialogue). I’m a fan of police procedurals and this one was a realistic step-by-step with a twist ending thrown in.
Both Striker and his new partner, Piccolino, have a rough first meeting, and a ‘troubled’ partnership that quickly transforms itself into some heart-thumping erotic maneuvers!
Great dialogue (wish there was more of it) and some fabulous descriptive lines. All-in-all Patricia Green did an outstanding job creating this non-series book…although I wish it was a series….each book could be stand-alone…(hint!)
