This was the first book that I ever read by Ms. Fields and I have to say I was impressed. Ms. Fields wove an amazing tale with an independent heroine who learns to submit to the hunky hero, while trying to stand up against the evil tyrant. There was magic, mystery, and some hot scenes that will make your panties melt!
Morgana agrees to be taken captive in order to save her friends. When she awakes from being taken, she discovers that she is on an exam table being examined by Kade, a super hot doctor. She soon finds herself aroused and Kade knows exactly what to do to make the exam a memorable one for Morgana. Soon after, Kade claims Morgana as his mate and Morgana realizes that if she breaks any of Kade’s rules, she will be punished with a bare bottom spanking!
I really enjoyed this story. One aspect that I loved, was the magic that Ms. Fields brought to the story. Morgana was a powerful sorceress, so she was able to do magic. That to me, was SO cool! I love stories with magic. Additionally, Ms. Fields brought to life some magical creatures at the end of the story. I won’t give away what magical creatures they were, but they helped Morgana regain her lost powers.
I also really liked the main couple. Kade was a firm, but a fair hero. He was always there to protect and guide Morgana, but if she broke any of his rules, she got punished. Morgana was so sweet and brave. She gave up her freedom to save her friends, not knowing what was going to happen to her. Thankfully, Kade decided to mate with her.
With sex scenes hotter than a summer Texas day, this story really had it all. I’m looking forward to what Ms. Fields decides to write next!

Where do I begin? I honestly don’t know how to start this review because everything was amazing. This is a wonderful sci-fi story that will leave you wanting more and I’m so glad there will be more. It starts out with a sizzling bang that will make you wonder whose side your actually on. Morgana is now with the enemy but is he really the bad guy? The spankings surely don’t prove that and they are hot. Who loves good girl spankings? This book has lots of sex scenes that are so hot they will literally leave you out of breath. I read this book in a day because it was so addicting, so action packed and full of adventure. I really loved the dragon part… I don’t want to spoil it but you need to pick up a copy of this book for yourself and read about this incredible adventure!
